Our philosophy
Lawn Dart Systems, LLC builds software and provides consulting services for small businesses. We take privacy seriously — both in the products we ship and in how we operate this website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not track users across the web. We do not run third-party advertising on this site or in our apps.
What this site collects
The marketing site at lawndart.dev is mostly static. The only point at which information is collected is when you voluntarily fill in the contact form, in which case the data you submit (name, email, message) is sent to us via EmailJS. That data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
The chat widget on this site is powered by n8n. If you choose to chat, your messages are processed by our self-hosted n8n instance to provide a response. Messages are not used for training or sold to third parties.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics tools on this site.
Our apps
Each app published by Lawn Dart Systems has its own privacy policy tailored to what that specific app does. The default for every app we ship is to collect as little as possible — and ideally nothing.

Consulting engagements
When we work with a consulting client, any data exchanged during the engagement is governed by the contract or statement of work signed between the client and Lawn Dart Systems, LLC, not by this policy. We treat client data as confidential.
Children's privacy
This site and our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
You may request that we delete any contact-form submission tied to your email address by emailing privacy@lawndart.dev. Because we collect very little, requests are typically fulfilled quickly.
Jurisdiction
Lawn Dart Systems, LLC is a Texas limited liability company (TX SOS file number 806569155). This privacy policy and any disputes arising under it are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Changes to this policy
We will update the “Last Updated” date above when this policy changes and note material changes in the site changelog. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
