I’d rather show you running software than talk about it. Here’s a Shopify storefront rebuild for a retail brand, a live booking SaaS, and production sites you can open right now — built by one person who’s also a network and security engineer, so the plumbing underneath is built to hold up.
A Shopify storefront rebuild for a sports apparel brand — new theme, product personalization, and a pre-launch audit that caught what would have broken on day one.
What made it interesting
Personalization on Shopify is where most stores fall over: the options logic, the cart, and the theme all have to agree. Rebuilt the theme, wired per-item personalization, and ran a full audit — forms, checkout, SEO, speed — before anything went live. Delivered on a fixed fee.
Booking software built around one idea: every opening is a Slot — a sellable thing with its own link and its own price. Share the link, first client to claim it wins and pays.
What made it interesting
The link is the product, not the dashboard. Behind it: multi-tenant architecture, Stripe Connect Express so each provider is paid into their own bank account, SMS reminders on an approved A2P 10DLC campaign, and a CRM that works out client cadence on its own.

What made it interesting
Next.js 15 SSR on serverless, a custom streaming Claude assistant wired server-side, contact delivery via Resend, and a strict Content-Security-Policy. The demo is the site.
