You buy your licenses direct.
Your Google (or Microsoft) licenses are purchased directly from the provider, at the provider's price. I never mark them up, and I never hold your account hostage. You pay me for the expertise — not the resale.

What this covers — and what it doesn't
This covers your email, files, identity, and cloud workspace. It does not cover your laptops, desktops, printers, hardware, or office network. If you need those managed too, tell me and we'll talk about what makes sense — but I'd rather be clear up front than surprise you on the first support call.
The terms
- Coverage: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm CT, excluding holidays. Support requests answered same business day; Professional and Complete carry a 4-business-hour response target.
- Month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. No long-term service contract.
- You own your domain and your accounts. Always. If you leave, I hand over admin access and walk away clean.
- Billing: card or ACH autopay, billed on the 1st.
