What this program is
Lawn Dart Systems, LLC publishes a business phone number, +1 (737) 271-1234, that you can call or text during a conversation with us about our services.
We only reply to people who text us first. We do not send marketing texts, promotions, newsletters, or bulk messages. We do not add anyone to a list. There is no way for us to text a number that has not texted us — the system has no path to send to a recipient we did not hear from.
You are talking to an assistant
Replies to the business line are usually written by Nera, an AI assistant working on behalf of Lawn Dart Systems. She is not a person, and she will tell you so if you ask.
She answers questions about our services from published information, takes a message, and passes anything she cannot answer to Joe Heath, who owns the business and replies himself. She does not quote custom pricing or commit to work.
How you opt in
By sending a text message to +1 (737) 271-1234, you are starting a conversation and consenting to receive replies to that conversation. That is the whole of the opt-in, and it is the only one — there is no form, no checkbox, and no list to join.
Replies are limited to the conversation you began, sent only to the number you texted from, and only while that conversation is active.
Message types you may receive
Only these:
- A reply to a question you asked.
- A confirmation that we received your message and who will follow up.
- Times we have available, if you asked to arrange a call or a meeting.
You will not receive promotional messages, recurring updates, or anything you did not start.
Message frequency
Conversational, and entirely determined by you. We send roughly one message back for each one you send. If you stop texting, we stop texting.
Cost
Lawn Dart Systems does not charge you anything for texting us. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.
How to stop, or get help
Reply STOP at any time and we will not text that number again. You do not need to explain, and you will get one final confirmation that the request was received.

Carriers support STOP, UNSTOP and HELP on every message, whether or not we mention them.
Privacy
Your phone number and the messages you send are used to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation so we do not ask you the same thing twice. We do not sell, rent or trade phone numbers, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
