By accessing or using lawndart.dev (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Scope
These terms govern use of the Site. They do not govern:
- ·Consulting engagements, which are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work.
- ·Individual mobile or desktop apps published by Lawn Dart Systems — each app has its own terms (see the app’s support page).
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes. You agree not to:
- ·Reproduce, copy, or republish content from the Site without prior written permission.
- ·Probe, scan, or test the security of the Site, or attempt to interfere with its operation, except via the responsible disclosure process described in our Security Policy.
- ·Submit false, misleading, or unsolicited material via the contact form or chat widget.
Text messaging
Lawn Dart Systems, LLC publishes a business phone number that you may call or text. Texting that number starts a conversation and is your consent to receive replies to it. There is no form, checkbox or subscriber list, and we do not send marketing, promotional or bulk messages.
Replies are usually written by an AI assistant working on our behalf, and are sent only to the number you texted from and only within the conversation you started. Message frequency varies and is determined by you — roughly one reply per message you send.
We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. How we handle your phone number is covered in our Privacy Policy, and the full programme description is on our text messaging page.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the “Lawn Dart!” mark, and source code — is the property of Lawn Dart Systems, LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Information on the Site may contain errors and is subject to change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawn Dart Systems, LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilson County, Texas, or any Texas state or federal court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
